STMÜ’s International Educational Initiative for Youth: The Youth@Work Project!

As Sivil Toplum Merkez Üssü (STMÜ), we are launching the Youth@Work Project to empower youth workers in civil society organizations (CSOs) by enabling them to take on more active and competent roles! Supported under the Erasmus+ Program, this project aims to enhance the management skills of youth workers and help them develop in critical areas such as crisis management and conflict resolution.

A Strong Educational Model for Youth Workers!

The Youth@Work project will provide training to youth workers in key areas such as CSO management, project management, financial management, volunteer management, and the role of CSOs during natural disasters. Within the scope of the project:

✅ A comprehensive training curriculum will be developed across Europe.
✅ A digital learning platform will be created, providing young people with access to remote learning opportunities.
✅ Youth workers will undergo pilot training programs and specialize in CSO management.
✅ International collaboration in the field of youth work will be supported through research and reports.
