The retention period of data is limited by the provisions of applicable laws. The data controller is the Civil Society Center Base (STMÜ).

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored for the purposes outlined below:

STMÜ processes and stores the personal data of its members, individuals or legal entities with whom it works, and employees who have consented to the processing of their data, in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and in a limited manner.

STMÜ takes all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your data in both virtual and physical environments.

  1. The data is collected and processed only for the purposes stated in the consent forms and in line with STMÜ's objectives. The collected personal data is in accordance with the purposes outlined in Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

No data is collected, processed, or stored that is not explicitly required or mentioned in the consent form and is not foreseen by the law.

Personal data collected by STMÜ is shared and transferred only under the following circumstances:

  1. It may be shared and processed with relevant public institutions and organizations, developers, and business partners when necessary.

  2. When using communication tools like WhatsApp, email (Hotmail, Yandex, Gmail), data may be transferred abroad since the servers of these organizations are located overseas.

  3. Within STMÜ, data is processed and collected with relevant staff members in a limited manner, in accordance with the purposes specified in the consent forms.

  4. The processed data may be used by STMÜ and its business partners to communicate with you, inform you about events and activities, send survey and form links, and other similar purposes.

  5. Cookies collected on the website are processed solely for the purpose of making the website more functional.

In cases where explicit consent is required, the information obligation is fulfilled, and explicit consent is sought from individuals. The processed data and purposes are clearly stated.

Individuals whose data is processed for the reasons outlined above have the following rights, as provided by the law:
