About the Project

STMÜ - Youth@Work Project

International Youth Education Initiative from STMÜ: Youth@Work Project!

As the Civil Society Hub Association (STMÜ), we proudly launch the Youth@Work Project to empower youth workers in civil society organizations (CSOs) to take on more active and competent roles. Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, the project aims to enhance the managerial skills of youth workers, especially in areas such as crisis management and conflict resolution.

A Strong Training Model for Youth Workers!

The Youth@Work project provides comprehensive training on topics including CSO management, project coordination, financial planning, volunteer engagement, and the role of CSOs during natural disasters. The project will offer:

  • A comprehensive training curriculum developed across Europe.
  • A digital learning platform for remote access to education.
  • Pilot training programs to professionalize youth workers in CSO management.
  • International collaboration through research and reporting in the field of youth work.

STMÜ Leading International Cooperation!

We are proud to represent Turkey in this cross-border initiative. The Youth@Work project brings together expert organizations from Austria, Serbia, and Slovenia. Our project partners include:
